How do our rentals work?

It’s Easy! Contact us via the website or call us and we will assist you with your rental. Our pieces are rented on a weekly basis. Typically, the rental period starts the day of pick-up and continues for seven days.

We are happy to extend one extra “grace” day to return your order if needed.

Do you offer extended rental discounts?

Yes! We honor the industry standard extended rental format or give us a call to discuss your budget and needs. We are here to help make your project run smoothly for you. Please call us directly for more details on your specific needs.

When will my order be ready?

Once an order is paid, we will coordinate a good pickup time & your order will be ready to go!

Is there a Restocking Fee for cancelled orders?

Yes. If an order is confirmed and then cancelled, we will charge a 25% restocking fee.
